Fondazione Regionale per la Ricerca Biomedica has joined the WhistleblowingPA project promoted by Transparency International Italia and Whistleblowing Solutions, adopting the dedicated digital platform both to meet regulatory obligations and because it considers it important to have a secure tool for reporting.

The main features of this reporting system are as follows:

i) Reports are submitted by filling out an online questionnaire;

ii) Reports are received by the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency (RPCT), who manages them while maintaining a duty of confidentiality toward the whistleblower;

iii) Upon submission, the whistleblower receives a 16-digit numerical code that must be kept in order to access the report again, check the RPCT’s response, and communicate by providing any clarifications or additional information;

iv) Reports can be submitted from any digital device (PC, tablet, smartphone), either within the organization or externally. Whistleblower anonymity is protected under all circumstances.
