This project aims to improve care for patients with ocular GvHD, a severe complication after stem cell transplant. By analyzing tear biomarkers and creating 2D and 3D laboratory models using bioprinting and stem cells, the team will study inflammation and test RNA-based, personalized therapies to develop more targeted, effective treatments and support precision medicine in ocular disease.
