We propose a longitudinal study tracking CAR-T cell dynamics in patients with B-cell malignancies treated in a real-life setting. Peripheral blood and other samples will be collected at multiple timepoints before and after the infusion. We will assess CAR-T cells clonotypes and senescence features (telomeric damage, β-galactosidase activity, and more) and correlate results with clinical outcomes.
