PROJECT AIM
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal neurodegenerative syndrome leading to motor neuron (MN) degeneration, muscle atrophy, and paralysis. The cause of ALS remains largely unknown, and approved treatment options have limited effects on disease progression and survival. This project aims to investigate a highly innovative therapeutic approach targeting the central nervous system (CNS) and the skeletal muscle.
